Give them something to do. If children have too much energy they have to do something all the time and if they do they won't have energy after many activities. And what is really important - those kids need a lot of attention.

are you meaning doing somthing with them at play ?  how many kids .  play tug of war with long rope  line of kids on each end. draw a line downthe middle sise ways like a babmittion set. for team to pull the other across.  make it interesting with a small swimming pool full of water.1 teams pulles the other team into the pool.........kids wear old clothes. and  real     real    interesting  put a slip and slide down on the ground first with the pool on top of it. in the middle where the line was going.  harder to pull with slip and slide under thos barefoot feet.  you can use the slip and slide for the egg run game  lol... have fun  ha ha ha ha ha

4 teams devided into two teams...on one side "" play egg relay. "" two teems on other side    each      big tablespoons to carry a egg  in his spoon to his partner and then he gets the egg into his spoon and goes back to where the other kid started and gives to the next person into her spoon and ect  ect till some one teams wins    lol lol      wins. lol   lol

  2  two rules ( 1 )  NO ONE CAN TOUCH EGGS , cant touch egg with hands,  use your chin when the egg is getting dumped into yourspoon . hold the spoon out and somone else put it in your egg  into the spoon. run to the other end to give egg to the nezt person by dumpping it into  spoon  with the help of their chin    (  2 )  if the egg drops,  go back the lne you came from, have someone give you another egg and start out again.  the first two teams that finished first   winssssssssssss

if you drop the egg while traveling you have to back where you started a get a new one and start going again GOOD LUCK HAVE FUN.

Hello Bhra a good idea would be to give them potasium i.e. bannanas or honestly coffee slows them down try to avoid that though and if you can get a WII game system that will cover alot Hyper kids tend to constantly need to do something but the game system on the tv plus the interactiveness with the game helps if you cant get 1 thats fine to try legos or puzzles anything that affects the hand eye cordination helps with the focus of the brain. and from seeing previous questions your son is almost 5 focus in things that helps him learn. avoid sugar or sweets good luck
