Keyword problems

I can't get to the keywords on aol. I tried to get to "screenname" but it never was able to connect. The blue progress bar in the lower left kept filling and it kept saying "waiting for" or "done" but it never showed anything. All the while the aol triangle i the upper right had the scrolling white line to indicate that it was in progress. Now whenever I try to go to any other keyword, it replaces the URL with the one for "screenname" and tries unsuccessfully to get there again.
