Does anybody know of a free keyboard remapping application which allows remapping of any key as well as assigning keystrokes to a key?

Unfortunately it doesn't support assigning keystrokes.
I found exactly the piece of software I needed! It's "MKey" by SerioSoft (http://seriosoft.iatp.org.ua)
