Kettlebell training anyone?

Has anyone seen or heard of dramatic differences in their fitness from training with kettlebells?

Great help and advice for health, fitness, and sports nutrition.

It's possible to achieve dramatic results from using kettlebells, but they're not a miracle.  The key to dramatic results is intense training, whether that's from kettlebells, dumbbells, plyometrics, or a combination of the above.

If you think kettlebells are fun and you actually use them, then more power to you.  But dumbbells and medicine balls work, too.

These are some kettlebell workouts that I have recently tried in the gym, and I really feel a difference!

Yes they can be very helpful for toning and strengthening, but like anything the body will adapt after a while and you will have to increase the weight of the kettle bell.

Probably best to use normal free weights as well for a total body workout.
