We have a Kenmore side by side custom made refrigerator made by Westinghouse, model 106.44102300. The refrigerator side freezes, the feature on the door for the icemaker and water does not work. The repairman said the Front Door Panel control Center needs to be replaced. After four weeks, we are told there is not a part for this refrigerator, but that a service contract for $220 will allow us to put $500 towards a new refrigerator. We paid $2500 for this 3 year old refrigerator. Sears seems to think this is a fair deal. In other words, this is a "throw away fridge".
Any help???????we have talked to every department at Sears and the are not concerned.
