Keeping the weight and loseing the skin

Scerct( female) 50 I once weight 356 pounds and have lost over 180 pounds the safe way. No diet aids. I have an lot of loose skin every where.Peole say I look great I think its ulgy. I don't want back to bad eating habit to caught up with the losse skin. What can I do?

The skin is not like a plastic bag. It's living tissue that can adjust to different situations the body presents. I suggest you keep doing the great job you've been doing with exercise and eating healthy. The skin will also readjust itself to some extent thanks to its elasticity.

I suggest that for more information you speak to your doctor about this issue. He'll be able to give you some good advice.

Check out a plastic surgon. Its not for everyone but it doesn't hurt to have a conceltation.  There are plenty of sites on the net to do research but go beyond that and talk to a surgon before making a decision.

Thanks so much for the much needed imformant about my losses skin. I need all the help I can get. Since spring is coming. I'm glad we have the net to talk to people across the board to help with our problems.I have kept the weight off since 2004. I thank you're dear friend who ever you are I never met. Keep up the good work on what ever you are doing in life.

If you keep on loosing weight , you won't solve the problem. What you need to do is raise you body mass. Muscles! You need to check your body fat ration in comparison to your lean body mass. Exercise more

replenish your lost lean body mass with a healthy balanced diet and weight training.

congrats on the weight loss!!what you need to do is go to a plastic surgeon for fast results!or what you have to do is start going to the gym!it will take a while,but you will get results!
