Keeping Secrets

    I truly think people kept  secrets from you because they didn't know how to approach you and were afraid that they would hurt your feelings by knowing the secret.

   So now that you know the secret, I hope you will be able to deal with it accordingly and am so sorry if the knowledge of the it really hurt you so bad.  I hope you will be able to recover from it.  Take care.

If it your family you must keep in mind that they are not doing it because they want to hurt you. The opposite is true they are probably doing it because they care for you because they don't want you to worry or something. You never mentioned what you think they were hiding from you. If you think you know come forward with it gather them all around and tell them how you feel . Tell them it is causing you stress, and that you will feel better if they told you whats going on. They are probably not reading you correctly have an honest talk with them no hints be direct and you will find out the true reason for them not telling you. Don't judge them they care for you I am sure.

How do you know they're not being honest? Might it not be a bit of paranoia on your part? If they have a secret, they have no obligation to divulge it to you, nor do you have have the right to demand they tell you what it is. 

I would talk this over with a medical professional.
