My Kaluah Fudge did not "set-up"

I have a great recipe for Kaluah Fudge..it turns out awesome...but tonight....I had my husband helping me, and part of the Misen Place was 2 cups of semi sweet pcs.....which he only added a 1/4 cup, I figured out later, and the 1/4 cup of Kaluah was increased to a cup....now 3 batches are very soft and have to be delivered on Monday! Can I melt it back down and add the chocolate? Or do I add more marshmello cream to "tighten" it up? I really don't want to spend the money to remake all 3 batches.....help! The recipe is butter, marshmello cream and sugar to a boil....then add kaluah and nuts and choc pcs.....off the boil and stir. Thanks!
