K1 visa with an outstanding arrest warrant in U.S.
I just filed for a K1 visa for my fiance. Soon thereafter (probably because his name was now in the system) He received notice of an outstanding arrest warrant. (the charges are for passing a bad check in the 1990s when he lived in the U.S.) Will he automatically be denied a K1 visa based upon this? or will he just have to address this upon entry to the U.S.?
