A:I agree with Socrates Redux. Both the U.S. Attorney for your district, as well as the FBI, should be placed under some public pressure to open or re-open the investigation. They are less likely than state or local officials to be intimidated by the prospect of getting on the wrong side of the good ol' boys in blue. One more thought: I find it hard to imagine that ACLU would not have been interested in pursuing the case. Have you asked an out-of-town or even out-of-state attorney to help compile a convincing dossier for the most effective presentation? Finally, have you considered contacting the UN Human Rights Commission?
