My child died as a direct result of a hospital's lack of monitoring and proper care. He was born with a disability, however was a viable, smart and wonderful individual with so much potential and many dreams for the future.The hospital actually hid and shredded much information that proved the case in a lawsuit. While he was in the hospital, he reported being treated with prejudice by more than one employee taking care of him. However, now I am told by my attorney that the way our court system sees things, that his life was only worth whatever he would have gotten on social security disability and that more importantly, the hospital can "just get away with this corruption and predjudice that was experienced !!!" Is there any way that I can get this hospital punished for the terrible way my child was treated. I do not want money, just justice for my sweet child!
