Where can i find a job for 15 year olds? That pays good and high? That as a good time for me to work at?
There is no such thing. The best paying jobs today require special skills and training. At your age you should devote all your energies to study, to select a career and work toward that. All those things that you would like to do can be put off until you grow up to adulthood.
