Hi,


They want to know how committed you are to quality.  Some do a fair job (in terms of quality) and are happy, some won't leave the job untill it is perfectly done.....  A welder can do a fair job, a good job, an excellent job, an outstanding job....  all are accepted in terms of quality assurance.  Which welding job would you do ?  That's what they want to find out.

They probably want to know what leadership roles you have taken or what meaningful activities you are involved in, in your life.  For example, if you volunteer somewhere or dedicate your time to something that you care about, they want to know about it.  I hope this helps.  Good luck with getting the job.
