Hi, --------------- This question bothered me for a long time. I believe that the real answer is: Just as a person need to love the same need is to hate..... Just as one needs noise to appreciate silence, need strong to appreciate small, need old to appreciate young..... in the same way one needs to hate to appreciate love..... "Why do so many peiople hate Jews?"

Good question.  We have very good relations with our Jewish community.  Two of our affiliate contracting companies are owned by Jews.  They bid very competitively but they are always fair.  And they take very good care of their extended family. 

I can only put it to the devil's rotten mischief.  Hitler hated Jews and spread the meanest lies about them that anyone could have, which brought about WWII and the Holocaust.

So sue me if we follow the best of their example, and still stay loyal to Christ!  If we can do the best of everyone around us, then  everyone is ahead.

I remember that about 2,000 years ago, a Jewish Rabbi walked on water and called us to love God supremely, and our love neighbors as ourselves.

Jesus only made one commandment: to love.

What is wrong with this?

Simple! Because the Jews are a hard-working, successful people.  You make the desert to bloom in Gush Katif and when you leave it returns to desert again. Before you arrived in the Holyland in 1948, it was mostly desert. Look at it now, it is a beautiful place.  Jews are successful at whatever they turn their hand to, finance, technology, farming, defence of your borders etc etc. You are a wonderful people blessed by the G.d of heaven who has chosen you above every other natiion on earth. "For thou art an holy (seperated)  people unto the LORD thy G.d, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar (peculiar treasure, jewel, special) people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the face of the earth." Deuteronomy 14:2.  That was true in the time of Moses and it is still true today.  The people who hate you know this and are jealous that they are so loved by the G.d of heaven.

   I think so many people hate the Jews is that they are jealous of them.  They are very intelligent and successful in their chosen field.  They are also the chosen people of God.
