jellyfish in Brazil (where it is summer time during December). How can you treat a jellyfish sting?

Best treatment is Vinegar (5% is enough).  Take a piece of cotton or cloth dip it in Vinegar (any type you have at hope, including what you use for coocking) and apply tenderly on the "red" areas.  It works, and it's the best !.

Important don't apply fresh water it will only enhance the pain.
