Jamming a Microwave Motion Sensor

How can you jam, or cause false alarms, in a microwave motion sensor?

I live in an apartment complex, and the upstairs neighbor's stay-at-home teen follows me around day and night. He has this uncanny ability to walk with me as I move around my apartment, and then lets me know he is there by tapping on my ceiling. No matter how quiet I move, he is right there with me.

I suspect he is using a microwave motion sensor because I can see a pulsating foggy-light on my bedroom ceiling at night (I have already looked for another light source).

Before I check myself into the local mental hospital, which is about 2 miles away, I was hoping to get some help. Even another explanation for this uncanny behavior would be welcome.
