About Jalousi Windows and their draft

How do i stop the uncomfortable draft and costly bill? The air just comes through like there is no window there and the noise wow.. Can you help.

I lived with jalousie windows, in Miami, for years.  I never found an attractive way to stop the wind from coming in.  It's either replace the windows or live with breeze blowing on your thermostat.
