Regardless of Israel ambiugity policy, I assume that a regional eruption won't happend without any prior happenings or warnings. Therefore I believe that Israel won't confront Iran by itself.
Who will push the red button? Good question, but the main idea is that Iran will have to stand alone against the rest of the world.
