A:Absolutely, and in most cases the director or design lead for an animated film already has the lead characters cast prior to the final animation being done. If you look at many of the animated films in the last 20 years you will see that trend is prevalent. It actually makes the film even more entertaining and I am sure it makes is lots more fun for the stars doing the Voice Over recordings....
