Ivory piano key repair query

I'm a piano technician. We've used various materials in the past to repair chipped ivory keytops, but I'm in search of an acrylic monomer liquid bone cement that contains methyl methacrylate, hydroquinone, dimethyl p Toluidine. Anybody familiar with these products or know where a non-medical person can buy them?
