What you think about you bring about!!!

Massage has nothing to do with relief from eczema.....

You should try taking flax seed oil capsules....with eczema the body is lacking the essential fatty acids......Look into 'essential fatty acids' online and read up on how important they are to the body.......

You can also try diluting apple cider vinegar, 1/2 water, 1/2 vinegar, and applying it to the affected areas......the acidity of the vinegar will help with the itching....the skin's natural element is acidic, and eczema makes the skin overly alkaline...

Please look in to the essential fatty acids......I asked my dermatologist about this once (I have dry eye & heard about the efa helping) and of course, being a doctor, said, 'maybe, maybe not'.....all they want to do is prescribe pills and creams!!

So take the matter in to your own hands.......massage is not the answer!!

Your body will help itself if you give it the natural things it craves.....

So do your homework!!!!!

Massage has no effect on the  control of itching (eczema). To fully recover from this problem, try to visit: http://www.familyhealthguide.co.uk. You can get some detailed medication about eczema problem.

God bless!

i know your pain! sometimes i use a cold flannel but im really dissapointed in how little there is to help ive been given creams before but honestly i think they are a placebo. massage is way better than scratching just cut your nails so that oh so lovely rub doesnt become a mental scratch. however BG^ has great points as i take omega3 and vitamin e capsules and that holts outbreaks for me (its always the new patches that itch most) hope you get some releif
