How Israel will survive

Sir, I do not understand Mr.Netanyahu's new plan to deal with the Arabs. I only know the only thing they want is the destruction of the Jewish state..after Israel pulled out of Gaza I assumed the Arabs will show the world that they can establish a viable state. Look what happened. You noticed I do not use the word Palestinians. There is no such a thing. They do not have their own LANGUAGE, their own culture, they are Arabs. I have been coming to Israel since 1959 almost every year. I am 90 years old and I served 5 years during WW2 in the American army, born in Vienna Austria and was lucky to escape to America. My mother and sister and the rest of my family perished during the Holocaust. My wife, who spent the war in concentration camp[Teresinstadt] died in 1999 .After her death I served in the Israeli army, Camp Joliet near Ashdot Tank camp. I could never understand how a government could let their citizens be killed[ SDEROT].So I am a little paranoid and want a little real estate for my children and grand children to be here. What happened to the Jews in Europe can happen[Holocaust] in the USA and the rest of the world. In my many years of my life I came to the conclusion that there are only two people; THEM and US. I have Gentile friends whom I Ski with etc but deep down I felt they do not want us to be on this earth.
With all due respect to Mr.Netanyahu and his plan to do business with the Arabs of the West Bank, but not to give up any land. I must disagree with him and submit to you my own plan which is as follows: To accomplish my plan,we Jews have to learn to depend only and I mean only on ourselves.not to ask our enemies what they want us to do. Forget the USA [it uses Israel as an aircraft carrier in the see of oil.the same time she placates the Arabs.]and forget the rest of the world. Let us have an Israel with secure borders,Jerusalem as its capital access to all religions] ,the large settlements with land for expansion, which will come from land of the westbank. The rest of the West Bank and Gaza the Arabs can have. Israel can sustain. It has the best and strongest army and air force in the middle east,a good economy with brilliant people to sustain it. As an additional insurance for its security she has Nucelur weapons.Let the rest of the world take care of the Palestinians.Lets do once what is good for us Jews and not do what our enemies want us to do.Now is a good time to start working on my plane,as the whole world is in an econamik turmoil especially the USA.I hope with my plan  I will have planted a seed in Mr.Netanyahu mind and hopefully right wing cabinet.
                                         respectful   KURT  GRAU
P.S.  I believe in peace with all my heart.Real peace with no strings attached.May be in a decade or so
the arabs will realize, they cant destroy Israel and even attempt to do busines with the JEWShhhhhhhh

THE DEATH OF ISRAEL

From Caroline Glick, deputy editor and op-ed writer for the Jerusalem Post, comes alarming news.  An expert on Arab-Israeli relations with excellent sources deep inside Netanyahu's government, she reports that CIA chief Leon Panetta, who recently took time out from his day job (feuding with Nasty Pelosi) to travel to Israel "read the riot act" to the government warning against an attack on Iran.

More ominously, Glick reports (likely from sources high up in the Israeli government) that the Obama administration has all but accepted as irreversible and unavoidable fact that Iran will soon develop nuclear weapons.  She writes, "...we have learned that the [King Obama] administration has made its peace with Iran's nuclear aspirations. Senior administration officials acknowledge as much in off-record briefings. It is true, they say, that Iran may exploit its future talks with the US to run down the clock before they test a nuclear weapon. But, they add, if that happens, the US will simply have to live with a nuclear-armed mullocracy."

She goes on to write that the King Obama administration is desperate to stop Israel from attacking Iran writing that "as far as the [King Obama] administration is concerned, if Israel could just leave Iran's nuclear installations alone, Iran would behave itself."  She notes that American officials would regard any harm to American interests that flowed from an Israeli attack on Iranian nuclear facilities as Israel's doing, not Iran's.

In classic Stockholm Syndrome fashion, the King Obama administration is empathizing more with the Iranian leaders who are holding Israel hostage than with the nation that may be wiped off the map if Iran acquires the bomb.

King Obama's end-of-the-year deadline for Iranian talks aimed at stopping its progress toward nuclear weapons is just window dressing without the threat of military action.  As Metternich wrote "diplomacy without force is like music without instruments."  By warning only of possible strengthening of economic sanctions if the talks do not progress, King Obama is making an empty threat.  The sanctions will likely have no effect because Russia and China will not let the United Nations act as it must if it is to deter Iranian nuclear weapons.

All this means is that Israel's life is in danger.  If Iran gets the bomb, it will use it to kill six million Jews.  No threat of retaliation will make the slightest difference.  One cannot deter a suicide bomber with the threat of death.  Nor can one deter a theocracy bent on meriting admission to heaven and its virgins by one glorious act of violence.  Iran would probably not launch the bomb itself, anyway, but would give it to its puppet terrorists to send to Israel so it could deny responsibility.  King Obama, bent on appeasement, would likely not retaliate with nuclear weapons.  And Israel will be dead and gone.

Those sunshine Jewish patriots who voted for King Obama must realize that we, as Jews, are witnessing the possible end of Israel.  We are in the same moral position as our ancestors were as they watched Hitler rise but did nothing to pressure their favorite liberal Democratic president, FDR, to take any real action to save them or even to let Jewish refugees into the country.  If we remain complacent, we will have the same anguish at watching the destruction of Israel that our forebears had in witnessing the Holocaust.

Because one thing is increasingly clear: King Obama is not about to lift a finger to stop Iran from developing the bomb.  And neither is Hillary Clinton.

King Obama may have held the first White House cedar, but he's not planning to spend next year in Jerusalem.

If we cannot all get along, then try geting togetherCool! Shalom, y'all.

If we fail to stop Iran's nuclear bomb arsenal, don't worry about U.S. interests. We will also be too busy morning our dead and wounded. Then we can thank Obama and crew.

If Israel destroys the ability of Iran to use nukes, you can then forget this letter. But for now, it is clear to one who loves G-d and life-do what we must to protect our people and countries from this evil.
