Isn't there a way of GROUPING folders with related content (say, like DRAWERS in a CABINET)?

If you use AOL 9.1 or earlier, yes, folders in your Filing Cabinet can contain other folders.
In webmail or in your on-line mailbox, folders cannot be nested.
