The use of Seal for food, clothing, or any other purposes, other than being a well appreciated species in our environment here in Iceland, is none. Icelanders have not hunted seal for any purposes for a very long time, (decades at least.) Seals are nice to look at, and are respected that way up here. Fish on the other hand which makes about 30% percent of Iceland´s economy, through export, is well known worldwide for its purity and very high quality.
