How do i convert videos/dvd'S on to my iPOD?
I use a program called SUPER by enrightsoft to convert video files for my iPod and PSP. If you have a video file on your PC then SUPER can almost definitely convert it to an iPod compatible video.
Generally speaking you really can't copy DVDs to your iPod without "cracking" the encryption by using a DVD backup program first. There are several commercial and freeware DVD backup utilities which you can find online (I really can't recommend one because it's not something I do regularly.)

Make sure the videos you want to load in your iPod are MP4, M4V formats. Otherwise iPod won’t read them. You can use converter software to convert other formats to MP4, M4V. I prefer to use Aimersoft Video Converter which support various video formats to be converted. You can find some help on its step-by-step guide page:

You just need to convert your DVD movie or video to mp4 video, and then you can drag the mp4 video into your iTunes library. Plug in your iPod to computer, iTunes will detect the iPod automatically, then click iTunes menu "File -> Sync iPod", that's all. If you need details, here is a step by step guide would help you a lot, it's easy to understand and works pretty well for mehttp://www.dvdintoipod.com/rip-dvd-movie-and-convert-video-to-ipod.html
