Investigating a personal name of a famous person need help on this law

I am a Private eye and I recently was asked to investigate a personal Domain name of a famous person (Living) that someone registered and is not this person. how do i start this process and what will I need to get the ball rolling. I have already WHOIS searched the name and have emailed the contact as well as phoned them. no answer and answering machine full. No return email 1 week later, let me knwo what you think , and how i should go about this thanks

Music is forever.

I would think you'd have to file suit against the person, especially if you cannot reach him/her and you've tried different media outlets to do so. That will get the person talking pretty quickly.
