Would not the Roe v Wade ruling (i.e., that the Federal Govt, and through the 14th Amendment, the States, cannot interfere in a woman's right to abortion because of a right to privacy inherent in the Constitution), prohibit large elements of the proposed federalization of health care? If Congress can distort the Interstate Commerce clause to justify all sorts of regulation and interference in an individual's right to privacy in their "confidential doctor-patient relationship", couldn't Congress regulate abortion on the same basis?
