I want to practice Canine Massage Therapy in PA. I'm having a hard time interrupting PA Law. Must I be under the supervision of a Vet or not? I see Dog Spas offering it as a service. As a Groomer may I do it?
Weasy, do you want to "interupt" the law or do you want to "interpret" the law? There is a huge difference you know.
