If you are having interpersonal conflicts with family members, it is important in addressing the specific problems you are having. For example, are you in the role of "family scapegoat," referring you to sites discussing this subject is quite different than if you are in the position of "family mediator," also a difficult role overlooking your needs and values within the family system. Would be glad to respond if you could write a couple of paragraphs with the information as to what is affecting you most, who is involved, and how long has this been going on, as well as different responses you may have tried in addressing your emotional discomfort in your family.
