Internet nudity without consent

My girlfriend had pictures taken by her exboyfriend with her consent of her in the nude.  Now he is posting them on the internet because she is no longer with him and is doing it for revenge. is it legal for him to do this sort of thing?

Naturally, the answer is no: he has no legal right to publish those photos. And even if he does, it still constitutes porn so he is also committing a crime. The thing is, even if the ex bf gets apprehended the spread of those photos in the Web is inevitable. I just hope this serves as a lesson to all the girls (and guys) to be careful with nudity poses.
