If cheating constitutes of sex only, you're right, but if you have feelings for this woman, your wife is probably correct in claiming you're investing in another relationship, and I have to agree with her. Then again, I'm a woman. Maybe men will see things differently.

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

It depends on one's borders / approach / paradigmas / morals.  I think that if it's only on the internet, and it's public, nothing beyond it.... it's OK.... However if someone goes to extreme he / she might consider it cheating.... cause in a way one gives some feeling / mind to someone else but one's spouse.
Best regards,

I believe your wife is absolutely correct to protest. What are you trying to achieve? Is it to lead someone on? There is a question here of your integrity and honesty and your wife is demanding both from you. You would most probably react in the same way if you found your wife flirting or even responding to flirting on the internet.

I'll search, while you Cool wait.

I agree with your wife and believe that flirting on the internet is cheating.  I found a story at NBC with a headline that 30% of online affairs evolve into real world affairs, and the story was done in 2003,.  Nothing has changed. Today, I still feel the same as I felt in 2003, that flirting is cheating.  To check out the story, visit the website:  www.nbc11.com/news/2608055/detail.html-

Yes, in my opinion it is a form of cheating. Mental cheating. Ask yourself why you are doing this? It is a trust thing as well.... once the trust is gone with one partner its very hard to get it back. results are disaterous.
