You may have bugs on your IE web browser.  First thing you can try is to go to "Internet Options".  Delete all cookies, browsing history, and temporary files.  Reboot your computer.  It should now work.

Second thing you can try is to download and install one of the other web browsers such as Moxilla Firefox (www.firefox.com), Opera (www.opera.com), or Google Chrome (www.google.com/chrome).  Use one of these web browsers to download and reinstalled IE.  This should clear out any bugs in your IE.
