A:yes there would be a problem with the plug-ins installed just like you are upgrading your (IE) Internet Explorer into IE 7. So all you need to do just uninstall the IE 7 then restart your computer then install it again the IE 7 because the first one install there are missing plug-ins that IE cannot resolved it and cannot find it by running the IE.
