There are numerous things that may lead Internet Explorer to crash and give you that sort of error.

Does the problem always happen in the same site or in different ones on random?

If the problem is not on a specific site, it may well be a plug-in that you have installed (willingly or not - it might be a spyware) that is causing that.

If you use extensions of any kind that may cause that you can run IE with the "No Add-ons" option which will load it without all the various add-ons installed.

Try doing what is written on this blog's comment  (if it doesn't help, try to read the whole blog post).

I enjoy using Yedda to ask and answer medical questions. I previously worked as a nurse but am now based from home - having just completed a long spell of breast cancer treatment.

Life has also been busy lately after the arrival of our new puppy called poppy. She's a black labarador retriever and drives us all crazy at times but we just adore the buzz she brings to the house. Last week she caused me a shoulder injury by tugging when out walking - but I can forgive that for the fun she brings.

Last month my husband invested in the Resperate device for lower blood pressure - and boy is it effective? We've discovered that it's much better overall to lower blood pressure naturally.

I get this message too from time to time . The last time was when I was about to book a cheap flight to London! I think that sometimes you just have to accept that you need to close explorer and start again

You must reset internet explorer to it's default state. To do this, simply, open your brower, locate "tools "click on it and scrollto the bottom of this open window and click internet options, the next window that opens will display a series of tags spread across the top of the window pane, click advance and look at the bottom of this window, you will see the phase, reset windows explorer to it's default setting, click onto this and momentarily it will reset it's self. caution!!!you will loose all add ons and web browsing content so if there is an important address you would like to remember, write it down. this should cure the problem and another consideration to take at hand. perform a eframentation and get a regitry fixing program such as "registry cure ".

Internet Explorer 7, right? This is the number one problem with this new version. I had been having the exact same problem and the frequency just kept increasing. I went to their home site  http://support.microsoft.com/   to look for answers. Depending on your OS, their are several fixes available. Here is the homepage for IE7-  http://support.microsoft.com/ph/8722#tab0   and here is the link for IE7 Guided Help for Crash Problems-   http://support.microsoft.com/gp/pc_ie_intro

For myself, I chose to go back to a previous date when I wasnt having the problem. Good luck to you.
