hi

first your website should have original content and good navigation layout

second thing is your domain name should have been registered for atleast 6 months before you apply for google adsense account if you're from India or China

you can have any number of sites or blogs. but one single adsense account is enough. you have to log in to your adsense account and "white list" your other websites.
