Internet Explorer keeps flashing on and off screen whenever I try to open a picture or document on it. I get on the internet fine on my AOL but when I have tried to open anything using Internet Explorer it just flashes so fast that I can't even shut it doen using the Task Master. All I can do if shut down altogether. It has always worked find but something has happened. Any ideas??
