You need to train yourself. You are suffering from premature ejaculation, which is a fairly common problem. The article linked to will help you.

Yes, that problem is most commonly found in young and inexperienced men and can be worked out (so to speak) if you study up on it and get some tips or see a sex therapist.

One of the great things about aging for men is they move in the OPPOSITE direction (making some younger ladies be particularly fond of the older guys).

Don't panic, just learn and work on it; its correctible and time will help.

I commend you on your courage for admitting you have a problem and wanting to do something about it. Wearing a condom will reduce sensitivity. Having sex more often and masturbating will help you last longer  but above all don't rush. If nothing helps see your doctor.

My husband also had a problem with this and what we found works is he'll masturbate in the shower or whatever and then later that night when we do it he lasts a lot longer especially with a condom on. Just make sure you don't buy like the ultra sensitive or his pleasure because that would not help the situation. Most importantly just be patient and hopefully it will all work out for you. Also my husband always pleases me first so he has time to "calm down" that seems to help also.
