A:all you have to do is click on the name of the person you want to IM, located in your Buddy list. Thenm below that, after you highlight their name, just click on IM. It will automatically put the highlighted name in the IM address, and you can start talking. You will have a small IM window open for each person. They can be dragged and moved around your screen if you want.
