Hello! I am renting a home with my 2 children. My home is either cold or hot. When the system is off..there is cold air coming into the vent. (Enough air to make your hair move!) If it is hot outside the air coming through the vent is hot and just as strong. There is also installation coming through the vents. I went into the attic and there is installation half up some of the walls and none on others. There is installation blown on the floors but not entirely. I have told this is correct procedure. My bills are extremely high as told by the companies..even my water. I live in a decent neighborhood with my rent over a thousand a month. Can you help? Thankyou.. Ms. CR
