Install only ductless ac system

these systems are really simple to install yourself... all you need to do is establish indoors where you will want the split-system air handling unit [make sure you have a electrical receptacle close by rated for your unit], and then at the base board height make a small drill hole through the wall to the exterior... poke a hanger wire through and go outside and find the most level area right next to your house as possible and lay about 4 cynderblock on their side to make a platform for your compressor/condenser unit.  Once you've got an idea of the layout... you need simply purchase from a hardware store the recommended conduit for running the electrical power line through the wall with the refrigerator tubing and the condensation drain line that links the two units together... the hardware store should carry the wall mount box to take everything through the wall in a next and secure manner... then, drill out the area that goes through the wall to the size recommended for the hardware box, etc.  It is very easy to attach everything in these systems... modern technology makes do-it-yourself projects like this a piece of cake.  If this is not an option for you to do-it-yourself, then, go the main hardware store and check their bulletin board for a licensed handyman or ask at the store if they know of someone who is proficeint at this kind of project.
