Insomnia in 3rd trimester

I'm in my 30th week of pregnancy, and suddenly, I have terrible insomnia. I'm exhausted, but I just can't fall asleep. Any ideas as to why or to what I can do about it?

I've cut out caffeine, I don't exercise before bed, I do all the stuff I'm supposed to do. Oddly, I sleep fine during the day, but at night, I just can't settle in, even if I forced myself to stay up all day.

This is hormone disorder that can happen durng pregnancy, a hromone disorder of itself.

I'd suggest consulting your gynecologist (or homeopthic therapist).
