Rutgers - Best years of my life!
I just read a very interesting article about inmates that helped save a guard from being attacked by another inmate. Do you think the inmates that helped the guard will get reduced sentences/leniency for helping the guard out of trouble?
Always know what you want.
Definitely a nice story, and assuming those who helped are not mass murders, their help should be taken into consideration.

Estrange attitude from those inmates that helped a correctional officer from being attacked by another inmate, because is more common that their sympathies are with their fellow inmates and not the same with their keepers.
If the inmates that helped the guard need to be rewarded?
I think, YES! For the exemplary and standing attitude by choosing to help and stop the attack to the correction officer.
The exemplary attitude from those inmates need to praised and recognized by the Highest authorities from that prison and from all correction officers from the State where that prison is located.
I don't know if their sentence need to be reduced, because, another question come to my mind; What kind of crimes they committed?
PS. Forgive me my gramma and poor skills in english, thousands thanks.
