Inheritance: Silver, glassware, china

I have an extremelly ornate set of Pairpoint Silverplate Coffee server, Tea server, sugar, creamer and trash recepticle.  The number 326  with the number 6 under it, and is located next to the markings for Pairpoint New Bedford.  It does not have a tray.  This belonged to my Great Aunts sister-in-law.  I was also given a HUGE set of glassware with clear stems and Red goblet tops.  The red almost looks gold when the light is right.  So far I have found 5 different types of stem ware, but still have 3 more boxed to open.  None of them are marked that I can see. The china I was given is service for 18.  It is Devonshire, Johnson Bros. England. "All decoration under the glaze Permanent and acid Resisting colors.  A genuine Hand Engraving".  This info is printed under a crown marking.  There are numerous serving bowls and platters, both round and oval, with the FULL setting for each person.  What should I insure them for, or use them ?

you can get prices for the china from replacements.com since you have a company and pattern name. the silver set sounds extremely nice and pairpoint is one of the most collected silver plate makers....if the silver is in good to very good condition, i would say that it would need to be insured for at least $500.00...probably more...you should always insure items for more than they are worth as you may have to pay that extra amount to replace them if stolen, etc....assuming that you can even find them!!! the crystal soulnds very unusual...if its at least as old as the china, i would say they need to be insured for at least 10.00 each...most likely more like 30.00 or 40.00....i could tell you more if i saw one of them....
