Information to obtain Australian PR/Citizenship

Dear Sir/madam,

I am an Indian passport holder but studying in UK from last 3 years on student visa and completed business management in UK. however,i would like to live in australia and get a status of permanent resident or citizenship. so, i wanted to know that what basically i would have to do in order to obtain an Australian PR/Citizenship? and am i eligible to apply from UK aswell or would i get any kind of advantage/benefit for living n workin in UK? and what would be the requirements if i would apply for an Australian PR/Citizenship from UK only?

This web site from the Australian Government contains the details for becoming a citizen. As far as your questions concerning the UK, this web site from the UK Home Office contains the details for becoming a citizen in the UK.

What you need to do is look at the information in both these web sites, talk to the representatives of both of these countries, check for job possibilities, etc., and then make your decision as to which country would be best suited for you.
