Yesterday, when driving, I came up against a couple of, seems like inflatable stripes, crossing the road from one side to the other. The stripes were about a meter apart and seemed to have measure something. What could they have measure?
It could check the amount of vehicals passing the road and their speed.
The road engineers usually do so when they are planning to replace or build a new road/lane.
