Infidelity - Do you stay or leave?

My husband is constantly on the computer, and he said tonight that he had to go back to work at 12:00 a.m. to hang some banners around the office. I know that he is lying. I am trying to wait and possibly seek a divorce due infidelity.  I do not know what to do.

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,
Divorce is not the first option..... in fact it should be the last and final option.  Divorce is only after you tried all possible solutions and decided that there is no other way....  Try to solve your (mutual) problems, bring back the trust (and love) to your relations..... and only if you fail than consider a divorce.
Best regards,

I could be wrong but it sounds like you guys havent really talked about this problem. Sometimes people develop computer addictions. What does he do, where does he go when hes on the computer? websites? video games? solitare? gambling? It could also be that he met someone (man or woman) in a chatroom or something? do some investigating and above all, confront him and make him explain....offer help.

Love your life as you only get one.

Whatever is going on online is definitely suspicious and a midnight run to the office is even more so. Do you love your husband? Do you want to try to make things work? If you do, I'd suggest seeking out marriage counseling as soon as possible. If he's not agreeable to it and you don't trust him or even want to try to work things out, I'd suggest finding a good divorce lawyer. You can find a qualified one through the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers website.
