Infertility surgery

my boyfriend got hit in his testicles about 6 years ago and had major swelling and trauma to his right testicle. He is now 35 and we are wanting a child. He says he thinks he is unable to because when the incident happened they said he had trauma to the right testicle and although he could still produce sperm, they were all dead so they could not do any could. Is there any surgeries no matter what the cost or anything that we could do?

Firstly, you can try the sexual positions that give you the best chance to get pregnant .

Also try fertility boosting foods . I always prefer trying out things naturally vs. doctors. It costs you nothing and it is healthy.
