How helpful is it to use an ovulation calender when trying to conceive? Does it make much of a difference?
It is probably easier to chart your menstration. Generally you will ovulate about 2 weeks after menstration, so it is much simpler to just keep a calendar of when you have your period and look 2 weeks after for ovulation. Good Luck!
BBT charting can be done, but requires you to be regular. At the same time, it's very precise.
