Infertility

I am 31 years old , i have been trying to get pregnant for 6 years now, and still trying. I had ICSI two months ago and it was not successful, and the whole procedure was very painful and i am scared to go through it again.  I have endometriosis and i would like to know what can i do to increase my chances of getting pregnant , Please help

Hi. Unfortunately, you don't always conceive during the first cycle. Even if everything is perfect and the embryo(s) look(s) great. Sometimes it just doesn't work.

Your best bet is to try a few more cycles. You might want to combine acupuncture or Chinese medicine. I don't know how helpful these are, but I know many women choose to use them.

If you're able to freeze & thaw embryos for a future cycle, it can save you a lot of the hassle. I have twins who were born from frozen embryos, in addition to a daughter born by IVF.

I had endo too but got surgery for it. If you dont want to do surgery, try acupunture and also diet, things like coffee are bad for endo, you can google it.

There are many different treatments for infertility. Natural treatments can also enhance any medical treatments. These include herbs, yoga, and acupuncture.

well, you did see a specialist from your question.. Did you see more than 1?

I know Boston IVf has many successes for people who have tried various specialists. They get it right. (Harvard medical school doctors)
