Indesit WIXXL146 and it will not turn on after initial led power display when socket switched on

Hello, I have a Indesit WIXXL146 and it will not power on. I've checked there is nothing wrong with plug, fuse or socket. I've cleaned the filter just in case. When I turn power on at socket all 4 green leds and the red on-off/door lock led flash once for a matter of seconds. Thats it it will then not power on to start the load. I do plumb so not afraid to challenge anything I am just not a washing machine expert by any means to know where to start without pulling at evrything unnecessarily. Any knowledgeable ideas as to what I can look at to fix this would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance, JD.
